Interno does not ship one fixed posture screen. The Dashboard section is a set of dashboards you build and keep, each one a grid of widgets over your connected security data. Your security posture view is whichever dashboard you have put together for it.
This guide covers opening a dashboard, reading and filtering it, and drilling into a widget. Building widgets and dashboards is covered in *How to Build Custom Widgets and Dashboards*.

Click Dashboard in the sidebar. What you see depends on whether a dashboard is already selected.
If none is selected, Interno shows Create or select a dashboard with two ways to start — Create Dashboard with ZIN and Create dashboard using Template — and, underneath, an Or open an existing dashboard row of buttons for dashboards you already have.
Once you have dashboards, use the dashboard picker at the top of the Dashboard page to move between them. The picker gives you:
To make a dashboard your default, open it and choose Set as default from the three-dot More Options menu at the top right.
A dashboard is a grid of widgets. Each widget shows its title, an information icon carrying its description, and the visualisation it was built with — a chart, a table or a single-value card.
If the dashboard has no widgets yet, you get Get Started by Configuring Your First Dashboard! and a Configure Dashboard button that takes you into the editor.
When a dashboard is open, a Global Filters control appears in the top bar. Filters set here apply across the dashboard rather than to one widget. In the Global Filters window you can add filter conditions, Apply them, Reset them, or delete a filter you no longer want.
Every widget except single-value cards has its own Filter icon. Hover it to see the filters already applied to that widget; click it to change them. The icon turns green while a filter is active on that widget.
Two controls sit at the top right of the Dashboard page.
Create opens a menu of things you can make:

The Dashboard page says I'm not authorised → You are missing defence:dashboard:view. Ask your administrator.
I land on "Create or select a dashboard" every time → No dashboard is selected. Open one from that screen, then use Set as default so it opens automatically next time.
The dashboard is empty and offers "Configure Dashboard" → The dashboard exists but has no widgets on it yet. Click Configure Dashboard to add some.
A widget shows no data → Either the integration that feeds it has not scanned yet, or a filter is excluding everything. Check the widget's Filter icon and the dashboard's Global Filters first, then check the integration's last scan under Admin → Integrations.
My data looks out of date → Widgets show whatever the last successful scan collected. Open Admin → Integrations, check the connector's Scan Information for the last run and its status, and use Start Scan if you need it refreshed now.
Delete or Set as default says "No dashboard selected!" → Those actions apply to the dashboard you are viewing. Select one in the picker first.
