How to View the Posture Dashboard

Prerequisites

  • Access to the Dashboard section
  • At least one integration connected and syncing

    • Accessing the Posture Dashboard

    Navigation: Sidebar → Dashboard
  • Click Dashboard in the sidebar.
  • The Posture Dashboard loads with all available widgets and metrics.

    A consolidated score (0-100) representing your overall security health.

    Asset Overview

  • Total Assets — count of all assets across integrations
  • Asset Distribution — breakdown by type (endpoints, servers, cloud, network)
  • New Assets — recently discovered assets
  • Unmanaged Assets — assets without assigned owners

    • Risk Summary

  • Open Risks — total active risks in the register
  • Risk by Severity — Critical, High, Medium, Low distribution
  • Risk Trends — how risk levels are changing over time
  • Overdue Risks — risks past their remediation deadline

    • Integration Health

  • Connected Tools — number of active integrations
  • Sync Status — last successful sync time for each integration
  • Errors — integrations with connection issues

    • Compliance Overview

  • Framework Compliance — percentage compliant per framework (from Conformity)
  • Evidence Freshness — stale vs current evidence items
  • Upcoming Audits — scheduled audits from the audit calendar

    • Using the Dashboard Effectively

    Daily Review

  • Check the Posture Score — has it changed since yesterday?
  • Review Recent Alerts — any new critical issues?
  • Verify Integration Health — are all tools syncing?

    • Weekly Review

  • Analyze Risk Trends — is overall risk increasing or decreasing?
  • Review Compliance Overview — any frameworks dropping below threshold?
  • Check Unmanaged Assets — new assets that need ownership assigned

    • Monthly/Quarterly Reporting

  • Use the dashboard data for executive reports.
  • Track posture score trends over time.
  • Identify areas with persistent issues for strategic planning.
