How to Use the ZIN AI Copilot
Prerequisites
Access to the ZIN Copilot section
At least one integration connected (for data-driven responses)
Accessing the ZIN Copilot
Navigation: Sidebar → ZIN Copilot
Click ZIN Copilot in the sidebar.
The chat interface opens with a message input area at the bottom.
Type your question or command and press Enter.

Understanding ZIN's Responses
ZIN provides responses with:
Source attribution — where the data came from (which integration/product)
Confidence indicators — how certain ZIN is about the information

Links — direct links to relevant sections of the platform
Troubleshooting

| ZIN says "I don't have data for that" | Ensure relevant integrations are connected and syncing. ZIN can only access data from connected sources. |
| Responses are slow | Complex queries across many data sources may take a few seconds. Wait for the response to complete. |
| ZIN provides incorrect information | Verify the underlying data in the relevant product section. Report inaccuracies to support. |
| Cannot access ZIN Copilot | Verify your role has ZIN Copilot access permissions. Contact your administrator. |
