Tips for Effective Use
Be specific — "Show vulnerabilities on web servers" works better than "show issues"
Use natural language — ZIN understands conversational English
Ask follow-up questions — ZIN maintains conversation context
Request actions — ZIN can generate reports, commands, and recommendations
> Tip: ZIN gets smarter with more connected integrations. The more data sources available, the more comprehensive and accurate its responses will be.
Understanding ZIN's Responses
ZIN provides responses with:
Source attribution — where the data came from (which integration/product)
Confidence indicators — how certain ZIN is about the information
Action suggestions — next steps you can take
Links — direct links to relevant sections of the platform
Troubleshooting
| Issue | Solution |
|---|
| ZIN says "I don't have data for that" | Ensure relevant integrations are connected and syncing. ZIN can only access data from connected sources. |
| Responses are slow | Complex queries across many data sources may take a few seconds. Wait for the response to complete. |
| ZIN provides incorrect information | Verify the underlying data in the relevant product section. Report inaccuracies to support. |
| Cannot access ZIN Copilot | Verify your role has ZIN Copilot access permissions. Contact your administrator. |
