How to Install and Use the Chrome Extension
Prerequisites
Google Chrome browser (latest version recommended)
An active Vendor Pulse account
Knowledge base populated in ZIN Advisor (for better AI responses)
Installing the Chrome Extension
Step 1: Get the Extension
Open Google Chrome.
Navigate to the Chrome Web Store or use the installation link provided by your administrator.
Click Add to Chrome.
Confirm by clicking Add Extension in the popup dialog.
Step 2: Sign In
Click the Vendor Pulse extension icon in your Chrome toolbar.
Sign in with your Zeron account credentials.
The extension will connect to your organization's Vendor Pulse instance.
> Tip: Pin the extension to your Chrome toolbar for quick access. Right-click the extension icon and select "Pin".
Using the Extension for Auto-Fill
Step 1: Open a Vendor Questionnaire
Navigate to a vendor questionnaire hosted on one of the supported platforms:
Google Forms
Microsoft Forms
Typeform
JotForm
Step 2: Activate Auto-Fill
Click the Vendor Pulse extension icon.
The extension detects the questionnaire form on the page.
Click Auto-Fill to run the AI analysis.
The extension uses the ZIN AI engine to:
Read each question on the form
Match against your knowledge base
Generate suggested answers with confidence scores
Step 3: Review and Submit
Review each auto-filled answer directly on the form.
Modify any answers that need adjustment.
Submit the form when all responses are reviewed.
> Warning: Always review AI-generated answers before submitting. The extension provides suggestions, not final answers — human review is essential.

Troubleshooting
| Issue | Solution |

| Extension not detecting the form | Refresh the page and try again. Ensure you are on a supported platform (Google Forms, MS Forms, Typeform, JotForm). |
| Auto-fill returns blank answers | Verify your knowledge base has relevant content in ZIN Advisor. The AI needs reference material to generate answers. |
| Extension not connecting | Check that you are signed in with valid credentials. Clear the extension cache and try again. |
| Extension not visible in toolbar | Go to Chrome → Extensions and ensure the Vendor Pulse extension is enabled. Click the puzzle icon to pin it. |
