    Troubleshooting

    IssueSolution
Import fails with validation errorEnsure the file matches the downloaded template structure exactly. Do not rename columns.
Vendor bulk import exceeds limitCheck your plan's vendor limit. Bulk import respects entitlement restrictions.
ZIP import not recognizing evidence filesEnsure evidence files are in the root of the ZIP alongside the spreadsheet. File names should match references in the answer sheet.
Export downloads an empty fileEnsure there is data to export. Check filters — you may be exporting a filtered empty set.
Template download not workingTry a different browser. The template is an Excel file that requires a compatible viewer.
